Micah Sulewski is the Global Delivery / Recruitment Manager at InfoPeople, where he is responsible for all recruiting process, strategy, and success. Micah brings over 20 years of recruiting and account management experience in the staffing and consulting industry focused on driving revenue, results, and efficiency.
Micah is the Global Delivery / Recruitment Manager.
Micah is responsible for all recruiting process, strategy, and success. He oversees onshore and offshore recruiting teams and sets and monitors KPIs for the team. He additionally oversees training and development for recruiting. Additionally, Micah is responsible for internal Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Micah brings over 20 years of recruiting and account management experience in the staffing and consulting industry focused on driving revenue, results, and efficiency.
Micah leads development and concept on our internally developed AI recruiting tools and strategy. He keeps abreast of trends in the recruiting industry and makes sure InfoPeople is aligned with leading edge best processes.
Micah has worked almost exclusively in the IT services and staffing industry, starting out as a Recruiter, then as a Recruiting Lead / Manager and as a Global Recruiting Manager. He also has successfully overseen many Fortune 500 accounts as an Account Manager, and overseen MSP Delivery and Sales divisions within large organizations. He brings strong experience in Staffing, MSP, and RPO support over a wide range of industries and verticals.
